We are a company that provides quality medical call answering and medical receptionist services to hospitals, community health centers, medical practices, and businesses.

Most of our patient interactions are conducted over the phone and in most cases our operators are the first line of contact to the hospitals we answer for. This is a front-line position requiring an individual that is customer-service oriented with a businesslike and positive demeanor.

Our Customer Service Call Operators answer all calls 24 x 7 x 365 for the main published phone numbers for our hospitals and over 300 medical practices in the U.S.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and route all incoming calls.
  • Provide dispatch and texting services to hospital staff.
  • Work as a team member through communication and collaboration.
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations by providing quality customer service.
  • Take messages and follow customer protocols on how to handle their calls, functioning as a virtual receptionist.

Requirements:

  • Five years of customer service experience.
  • Ability to perform the job in a caring and patient manner.
  • Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Medical office or operator experience a plus.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all patient and hospital information. Performs all tasks with attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness. Utilizes all tools and resources effectively and efficiently to service the needs of our customers.
  • Ability to train remotely 11 am to 6 pm.

Technical Requirements *

  • Personal computer with Windows 10 or higher.
  • Ability to work near an internet router. We will send you a special phone that plugs directly into your router; wireless connection is not allowed.
  • Computer screen with a resolution of 1080 X 1920.
